Marco's Story
Marco was born in León, Guanajuato, Mexico — a city in the heart of Mexico whose spirit he carries in everything he builds. He grew up in poverty, learning early that survival demanded courage, creativity, and an unbreakable will. He left home young with little more than a dream and hands that knew how to cook.
He worked every station in every kitchen he could find — the hardest jobs, the longest hours. He learned the craft the hard way, refusing to quit. The road from nothing to something is paved in fire, and Marco walked every step of it.
In the mountains of Ben Lomond, California, he built Corazón De León from scratch. The name carries his whole story: the heart that never stopped beating, and the lion that never stopped fighting. Fearless, like a lion — because that's the only way he knows.
